Departure is from Oudezijds Voorburgwal 230 in Amsterdam. Use your booking confirmation for the exact departure time and current boarding instructions. Arrive at the dock on time. Make your own way to the departure point; hotel transfers are not part of this cruise.

Where is your pick-up point?
Our pick-up point is at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 230, behind the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky and opposite the cigar shop Bom 9. The cruise also ends here.
Can I book a boat privately?
Yes, you can book a boat with skipper exclusively for your own party. See Private hire for the options.
Is there a toilet on board?
Our classic saloon boats have a toilet on board. The open boats do not.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Our bar on board will take care of you.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. We kindly ask you to keep your dog off the cushions and look after it yourself. It should sit on your lap or on the floor.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Our boat Friendship is the most accessible, but stepping across from the dock is still a little tricky and we have no wheelchair lift. We are happy to look at the possibilities together, so do give us a call.
